The way some Real Madrid fans are celebrating Lamine Yamal being ruled out for the rest of the season, especially missing El Clásico, is honestly funny to me.

I thought we all agreed he “does nothing” in big games?

But suddenly, they’re far more confident about winning the league now that he’s OUT than before. That says everything.

Deep down, they know exactly what kind of impact he has on games even when he’s not scoring or assisting.

Now you understand why they don’t like him. He’s a nightmare for them.

🔥🔵Mauricio Pochetino (Former PSG Coach) : "I remember the day I substituted Messi off the pitch there was a lot of criticism from fans worldwide (Messi fans, Barcelona fans, football fans & some PSG fans)...I arrived, my hotel fans & some PSG fans)... arrived my hotel room and went to the toilet and came out and my wife was laying on the bed just looking at me so I asked : 'hi my love' ..... She replied : 'why?' And I asked her 'why what?' And she said : 'why did you take Messi off?'.......I couldn’t believe it (laughs 😂))...even my own wife scolded me for taking Messi off. To the Atalanta family , after nearly four years, the time has come for me to say goodbye. From the moment I arrived in Bergamo, you welcomed me like one of your own and pushed me to be the best version of myself.

Together we made history. European champions, a night none of us will ever forget. Scoring a hat-trick in a European final and lifting a trophy with this club after a 61 year trophy drought will stay with me. Winning the Africa Player of the year award in 2024 as an Atalanta player will forever stay with me. Those moments, those emotions, those nights under the lights, they’re engraved in my heart.

Thank you to my teammates, the staff, the club. To the fans, your passion, your belief, your energy meant everything. From day one, you stood by me and by this team through every moment. Your passion, your voices, your belief never faded and together we achieved.

Every cheer, every banner, every away trip meant something. Thank you for making Bergamo feel like home and for giving me memories I’ll carry forever.
