ETSAKO 2023: HON. ANDREW MOMODU HAS THE COMPETENCE, CHARACTER, AND CHARISMA FOR A BETTER ETSAKO FEDERAL CONSTITUENCY.
.. We must jettison parochialism, and embrace reality in our best interest.

Studies in persuasive communication have long shown that there are at least three factors necessary for leadership to be effective: competence, character and charisma. All three are needed if one is to lead people from where they are to where they can be.

Legislative job is never for stutterers, or persons who are bereft of ideas on how to address pressing issued affecting his people. Hon. Andrew Momodu of the People's Democratic Party ( PDP), has overtime proven how knowledgeable he is, with regards to the aspirations and yearnings of our people.

He is a grassroots politician, and one whose active involvement in the game of politics earned him a position as sensitive as that of a Senior Special Assistant ( SSA), to the Executive Governor of Edo State, during the past preceding administration, wherein he discharged his duties creditably.

As we countdown to 2023 elections when we will be electing those that we will be representing, leading and serving our people, support across party line for the election of Hon Andrew Momodu to represent Etsako Federal Constituency has been massive, unprecedented, exceptional and overwhelming. For the love of Hon Andrew Momodu, many people are going beyond the boundaries of partisan politics to express their unflinching support for his election as people abandoned their parties, join the Moving and Winning Train of Andrew Momodu in the ongoing Village – to Village Campaign tour. This can best be likening to the case of the Biblical Fishermen that abandoned their fishing nets on the sea and joined Jesus Christ to be fishers of men. In all the villages visited so far, it has been a beautiful harvest of APC Decampees and legacy PDP that have heard so much of Hon Andrew Momodu and decided to be in the same ship with him sailing smoothly to victory soon.

While it may be true that the party, PDP has in recent past gone through some internal crisis that many people saw as threat to the party is gradually ending in praises as internal disagreements among PDP leaders, critical stakeholders and party faithful at the grassroots level across Etsako Federal Constituency is gradually disappearing. It’s clear that party members are ensuring internal disagreements and personal interests do not robbed the party of victory and are taken necessary steps to win 2023 elections. Party members are closing ranks at the grassroots to ensure a peaceful and united party especially in Etsako all for the interest of the party and common interest of our people.

Hon Andrew Momodu has continued to receive commendations for be a unifier and game – changer in the PDP family. The aspiration of Hon Andrew Momodu no doubt is gradually bringing the much needed unity and cohesion that the party needs now to win the 2023 elections. This development no doubt is not unconnected with the unprecedented and overwhelming support and solidarity that have been extended to Hon Andrew Momodu from both Christian and Muslim Communities and across party line since he indicated interest to vie for House of Representatives to represent Etsako Federal Constituency come 2023.
