Awka land is not waiting for you to be ready.
In under four years, Anambra has constructed over 900 kilometres of roads, with about 600 kilometres already asphalted — an average of 14 kilometres of new roads completed every single month.
Solution Fun City, now the largest leisure and entertainment complex in West Africa, opened its doors in Awka in 2025. In just its first three and a half months of operation, it attracted over 100,000 visitors from far and wide.
On the housing side, the state government is partnering with private investors to launch a mass housing programme aimed at tackling rising rents and easing the housing deficit in one of Southeast Nigeria's fastest-growing commercial centres.
