Sometimes we do not really utilize the full concept of marketing When pitching to your clients, take a step into their world & have a look at their perspective without judgement. The clients needs & results should always be superior to your process & profit generation. Clients are absolutely key to the success of your business & they can tell if you’re truly invested/listening or not.

Think about every purchase you have ever made, it’s always about the feeling you get. The pleasure it will bring, the benefit to your life it could provide. Never the actual product or service within itself.

Flip the script & use results as your north star when presenting your services to clients, truly listen to their needs & all of the challenges they are struggling with. Even note them down as you’re having a conversation with them either face to face, online or over the phone. Once you have written the checklist, go through it with them again in detail and watch their trust & faith in your produce go through the roof. Then roadmap together how you will attain the results they want.
