Creamy, Dreamy, Melt‑In‑Your‑Mouth Popsicles (No Machine Needed).

Ingredients:
• ⅔ cup whipping heavy cream (160g)
• ¾ cup + 1 tbsp milk (200g)
• ¼ cup milk powder (35g)
• 1 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar (15g)
• 2 tsp condensed milk (10g)
• 1 tbsp cornstarch (10g)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract (2g)

Steps:
1. In a pot, combine cream, milk, milk powder, sugar, and condensed milk. Mix well and cook over low heat.

2. Add cornstarch and stir until the mixture constantly until thickens. Remove from heat.

3. Pour into ice cream molds and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Feel free to personalize the flavor to perfectly suit your taste.

Homemade Samosa Sheets

Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ¾ cup water (adjust as needed)
• 2–3 tablespoons oil (for brushing between layers)
• Extra dry flour for dusting

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, add all-purpose flour and salt. Mix well.
2. Slowly add water little by little and knead into a smooth, medium-soft dough. The dough should not be too hard and not sticky.
3. Cover the dough and let it rest for 10–15 minutes.
4. After resting, knead again for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Divide the dough into 16 equal balls. Keep them covered.
5. Roll each ball into a thin small roti (about 6–7 inches). Dust lightly with dry flour while rolling.
6. Take one rolled roti, brush a thin layer of oil on top and sprinkle a little dry flour. Place another roti on top. Repeat the same process and stack 4 rotis together.
7. Gently roll the stacked rotis into one thin large circle. Do not press too hard.
8. Heat a tawa on medium heat. Place the rolled stack on the hot tawa and cook for a few seconds on each side. Do not fully cook. Light bubbles should appear but the sheets should remain soft and pale.
9. Remove from heat and separate the layers immediately while still warm. Peel gently to get thin individual sheets.
10. Trim the edges if needed. Your samosa sheets are ready to use for samosas, spring rolls, or box patties.

CRUNCHY COCONUT BISCUITS RECIPE

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️1 cup flour
◾️1 teaspoon baking powder
◾️1 cup desiccated coconut
◾️1 cup caster sugar
◾️1 egg
◾️120g melted butter

🌟 PROCEDURE

◾️Combine all the ingredients, starting with the wet ingredients.

◾️Roll into small balls with lots of space on a baking tray.

◾️Press lightly with a fork.

◾️Bake for 10-15 mins at 180°c.

◾️Cool on the tray before serving.

HOW TO MAKE COCONUT FRIED RICE
INGREDIENTS
* Rice
* Coconut milk
* Chicken
* Garlic
* Ginger
* Red bell (diced)
* Green bell pepper (diced)
* Carrots (diced)
* Green peas
* Green beans (diced)
* Spring onion (diced)
* Onion (chopped)
* Sweet maize
* Liver
* Salt
* Grounded pepper
* Seasoning cubes
* Curry powder
* Thyme
* Coconut/Vegetable oil
PREPARATIONS
* Wash and season the chicken, liver with some seasoning cubes, salt, curry powder, grounded pepper, thyme, blended ginger, garlic and onion. Cook for 10min, add some water and cook until it's tender. Fry and cut the liver into smaller sizes.
* Wash the rice until the water runs clear. Transfer the rice into a pot, add the meat stock and coconut milk. Adjust with salt and seasoning cubes and let it cook until it's done.
* In a pan, heat up some coconut oil or Vegetable oil, add the chopped onions, fry for about a min. Add the diced carrots and fry for 2mins. Add the bell peppers, green beans, green peas, sweet corn, cut liver. Add some salt and seasoning cubes, stir and fry for 3mins.
* Properly combine the rice together with the fried Vegetables. Garnish with some spring onion and serve

Easy Fruitcake Recipe😍
Ingredients:

2 cups mixed dried fruits (such as raisins, currants, chopped dates, candied cherries, and candied citrus peel)
1 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the dried fruits and nuts. Toss them with 2 tablespoons of flour to coat evenly. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.

MANGO CAKE RECIPE

🌟 INGREDIENTS

◾️2 cups of flour
◾️3 eggs
◾️1 cup of blended mango
◾️1 cup of sugar
◾️1 tbsp of baking powder
◾️1 tbsp of vanilla essence
◾️1 tbsp of mango essence
◾️½ cup of oil or margarine

🌟 PROCEDURE

◾️In a bowl add in sugar and oil or margarine, mix till well combined.

◾️Add in the eggs one by one. Add the blended mangoes, vanilla essence and mango essence. Mix well.

◾️Add the flour and baking powder.

◾️Transfer to a baking tin.

◾️Bake in the oven at 170°C for 35 - 40 minutes, or until toothpick comes out of the centre clean.

🌟 HOW TO BAKE WITHOUT OVEN

◾️Take a big cooking pot, put a lid or stones at the bottom

◾️Place the baking tin on the lid or stones.

◾️Cover the pot and cook on your gas or stove on low heat for 45 minutes, or until the toothpick comes out of the center clean.
