You must know how to close. How to convince someone that what you have is exactly what they need.

You must understand marketing. Not just listing features. But making your customer feel like you're speaking directly to them.

You must know who your customer is. Not everyone is your customer. Be clear on who you're looking for.

You must be able to craft offers so good, people feel foolish saying no. And you must keep increasing the number of people you're putting those offers in front of. Master Ads, Lead generation, The Power of Volume, etc

Question:
What's the first thing a business owner needs to figure out before they even think about scaling?

Answer:

There are two major reasons why you scale:
1. You scale for profit,
2. You scale for wider reach that is, to reach more people.

First, you need to know why you want to scale at all. So, are you scaling for profit, or are you scaling to reach more people?

Of course, you can't scale a business when you're just starting out because you don't yet know if it has produced results. Hence, you give it time - anything from one to two years to help you ascertain that is good.
