EFMC has had more than 7 years unblemished and proven professional record in the area of project management, public health, human resources and strategic planning, and health systems strengthening, mostly in developing countries. Currently, EFMC has her headquarters in Abuja FCT with a state office in Owerri Imo State. The combined offices has a staff strength of 143 persons including 12 medical practitioners, 4 pharmacists, and several other health professionals including nurses, epidemiologist, public health experts, health system specialists and data analyst. Dr Oleribe and his team have proven professional record in Health management, strategic Planning and Health System Strengthening. EFMC has also worked to help organizations and system develop strategic plans. As a specialist management consult that provides public health services, consulting, and mentoring and capacity development for more than 10 years, EFMC has trained hundreds of people in in- and pre-service courses across Africa and beyond. She is currently managing a United States (US) Department of Health and Human Services/Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) funded programs in Abuja FCT, Nassarawa and Imo states. Having worked with several local and international organizations such as US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), US Department of Defense (DOD) HJF Medical Research International, Institute of Human Virology of Nigeria (IHVN), AIDS Prevention Initiative in Nigeria (APIN), Centers for Clinical Care and Research in Nigeria (CCCRN), Federal Ministries of Health, Agriculture, Finance and Environment, amongst several others;

EFMC has documented institutional technical and management capacity and experience to effectively execute any project within cost and time tolerance and to meet the quality expectations of the clients and funders/clients. EFMC managers have also provided technical supports to national, states and local organizations since 1995 at different levels in the development of national, state and local government strategic plans. With a team of world class facilitators in Project Management and Monitoring & Evaluation including 12 medical doctors, EFMC is poised to deliver relevant projects as and when due.
