Before this journey can begin, I have to do one of the hardest things l’ve faced as a mom: stop breastfeeding my son.
This feels so emotional 🥲 but i mean the best for him
I feel im betraying my best friend bcos i promised him i was gonna be breastfeeding him for 2 years & she’s currently 1 year 5 months 😔
If feels very hard for me 😰

I’ve been overweight for as long as I can remember, For years, l’ve put everyone else first.

But now I’m making a decision to take my health seriously.
One of the biggest challenges I’m facing right now is weaning my son from while trying to build healthier habits for myself.

This page is not about perfection. It’s about real life, real struggles, and real progress.
I’m starting this weight loss journey publicly so l can stay accountable and hopefully inspire someone else who feels stuck.
