This is just to mention a few complains of numerous clients and why they give reasons of not needing ushering services and why they can’t pay for what is not really worth it. They sometimes believe they are just an addition to the decoration or the general ambience of an event.
These complains, observations and perceptions are based on personal experiences some clients have had at some events they have attended with families and friends and these complains are true in a lot of cases especially when the ushering company hired are more concerned about getting the jobs and making the money but careless about effectively delivering the service they are paid for and in some other cases where clients are basically on the lookout for cheap services they run into the hands of people that will serve with all the aforementioned vices, complains and observations. Many times, this results to unhappy client, disorganised event and total loss of money.
For us at Cutties Ushering Agency, we believe every client is very particular about what their guests would say about their event after the event is over, so we make efforts to put a lot in place to make their event go as planned and even more excellently than planned. We also know that to get the best done for any event you’ll need the best hands and these has encouraged us to train and retrain our ushers and usherettes and do proper debriefing before any event. We have also built several strategies to effectively manage, coordinate our events and vendors, so that our clients can be assured of an excellent and a hitch free event with proper attention on delivering value for money paid.
