The Bible is a comprehensive equipment God uses to direct your path in life. I advice you all to devote time to read and study it heartily because your success and fulfillment lies on what you can discover from it. Now I should tell you my experience on this. Sometimes ago I was studied the Word of God and I came to Proverb 22:10 from Good news bible (GNB) and God spoke to me from there " Get rid of a CONCEITED person, and then there will be no more arguments, quarreling or calling of names". By then I was in a relationship where I am not at rest with myself anytime I am with the girl so I was in a state to make a decision on what to next but I was confused. Friends, are you in a relationship with someone who is a CONCEITED person and anytime you people always have arguments, quarreling or calling of names? God said, you should get rid of that relationship before you will be extirpated from your glorious destiny. I have made a foolish mistake in life but God used His word to guide me to make a decision that help me to have total Peace of mind now. My past does not DEFINE me, it is GOD'S WORD that DEFINED me. People's opinions cannot define me hence I am not moved by the opinions of people over me. You see, God's word is a comprehensive equipment you need to make the most out of life. Back to that proverb 22:10. I don't understand the meaning of the word CONCEITED so I checked for the meaning in the dictionary but I was not satisfied with what I saw so I keep asking God, o Lord what is this CONCEITED mean? So one day the Lord led me to Proverb 21:24 and the word says " show me a CONCEITED person and I will show you someone who is ARROGANT, PROUD and INCONSIDERATE." Wow God you are great! Listen my friends, are you in a relationship with someone who is arrogant, proud and inconsiderate? Back to proverb 22:10 God said you should get rid of such person from your life. Can you now see the reason why you should develop the habit of reading the WORD OF GOD?
