“I used to cry because everyone including my friends seemed far ahead of me, they were married, building businesses and career…and I was still trying to figure my life out.

I would scroll through social media and think, ‘God, when will it be my turn?’”

Then one day, while I was praying, God whispered something that shook me.
‘You’re not behind, you’re under going a test and a training.

But one day God told me something that changed everything.

He said, ‘The waiting season is not punishment, it’s preparation.

And from that moment, I stopped comparing my journey and started preparing for my own season.
Emphasis on MY OWN SEASON.

Will it come?…Yes it will.

Now I look back and I’m thankful I didn’t rush when i wasn’t ready.

That ‘silent’ God when? season built my strength, resilience and faith in God, and my foundation.

Nothing loves or shakes me now…havent gone through the wilderness season i have learnt to trusGod wholeheartedly.

So to every woman who feels behind, listen, you are not late.

Heaven is still on schedule for your life.
Just keep becoming, keep becoming, keep preparing because when it’s your time, you won’t have to chase…grace will announce you.”

Stay Strong & Wait.

🌱 Allow the Lord to Plant You.

Allow the Lord to plant you the same way a farmer plants his crop…
Because a crop cannot plant itself.
The Farmer: your God knows the soil you need, the depth you require, and the destiny inside you far better than you do.

Sometimes planting feels like suffering.
It feels like wickedness.
It feels like you’re being buried alive.
But you are not being buried… you are being planted.

And the One who plants you never abandons His seed.
God will water you.
He will supply everything you need; light, strength, nourishment, grace.
He will protect you while you are still hidden.
And when the appointed season comes, you will rise, blossom, and bear fruit.

Your fruit will not be ordinary.
Your life will begin to attract the very kings and destiny helpers who need what you carry.
They will come looking for the harvest God has produced through your waiting season.

So rest.
Trust the process.
You are planted, not forgotten.
And your season of fruitfulness is on the way.

If this post ministered to you please share it could help someone in their waiting season.🙏

Here at the 4Zee Properties End-of-Year Party.
Grateful to LaLand Loloor the invitation 🤍

This is what it looks like when a young woman refuses to shrink her dreams.

I’m reminded that thriving doesn’t happen by accident. It is built quietly, intentionally, and with courage.
It’s choosing growth over comfort.
Vision over fear.
Purpose over pressure.

To every young woman finding her footing, learning as she leads, and showing up even when it’s hard: you are not late you are in training.

Every room you enter is preparing you for the next level of your assignment.
Every step you take in faith is shaping the woman you are becoming.

And yes, I still build, lead, and grow in both cleaning and real estate. Different lanes, same vision. Excellence, structure, and impact.

Let this season affirm you: your discipline matters, your voice is needed, and your dreams are valid.

Keep rising. Keep becoming.
The world is already making room for you.

“I don’t just admire results from afar I enroll in it.”

Today, I officially joined the School of Market & Structure with Nelly Agbogu a woman whose clarity, systems, daring spirit and discipline I’ve studied quietly for years.

As a female CEO in the cleaning and real estate industry, I’ve learned that growth isn’t luck — it’s structure. And structure is what separates hustling from building legacies.

Early last year i became intentional about structuring Domesticals Home Services it has been nothing short of breakthrough but this year i believe there is more so i’m here for it all.

This season, I’m choosing alignment, process, learning and mentorship over guesswork.

Here’s to building businesses that are not just profitable, but properly positioned.

Wish me luck.

I want to encourage every CEO or business owner to enroll.

A big cleaning brand has shut down(name witheld).

They were big.
They were successful.
They do big jobs.

So what happened?

Social media only shows growth, wins, and “soft life.”

This is your reminder: nobody posts their business or personal struggles online.

People share breakthroughs, not breakdowns.
Good news, not sleepless nights.

If you’re struggling, you’re not alone.

The challenges are part of the deal.
The entrepreneurial journey has never been easy—and it won’t pretend to be.

Keep going.
Before you quit, remind yourself why you started.

Goodnight! 🌙
Im rooting for small business owner/ceos this year.

Over here, we don’t quit…we re-strategize!.

Business is not for the weak.
Kwechiri!

This year, business will get tougher.
yes, I said it.

And that’s why you must get tougher too.

This is not the season to run your business on vibes and prayers alone.
You need strong systems, clear structures, and firm policies holding it together.

Resilience is not just enduring the pressure.
Resilience is adjusting, restructuring, and responding wisely when things change.

If one strategy fails, you don’t fold you review, realign, and move smarter & eveb better.

Survival in business belongs to those who can adapt fast and think ahead.

Over here?
We stay resilient.
We stay strategic.
We keep building. 💪🏽

Save this post it will help you this year.

One of the things that helped me and has been helping me as a new wife and mum is my ability to know what needs my attention the most at every point in time.

What do I mean?
I have learnt to set my priorities right, note my list of priorities may differ from yours, but then you must have yours.

For instance
Making Breakfast and washing cloth which should come first on a Tuesday morning?.

For you it might be washing of clothes.
For me is Breakfast, so what do i do i go straight to making breakfastst and leave Washing of clothes for later or delegate it.

Knowing what to do per time and what to delegate is key.

I can’t wake up everyday and say I must , Clean the house, wash plates, wash clothes, goto market, do everything a day and thej it becomes my daylight routine No, i will break down.

You can take out two out of many and do for that day, and leave others the following day.

Same thing goes to my Rlship with my husband.
Before he is back home I ask myself what is the most important thing to him when he comes back that needs to be done, then I channel my time and strength to it atleast for that moment.

Which is usually, making sure the house is clean, his food made and served and the kids clean and bedtime ready.

Because you could spend a whole day doing the less important things and leave the important things undone.
You could be busy on not so urgent things and leave the urgent stuffs unattended to.

For your husband it may not be same.
Set your priories right, do the things you can and delegate others or reschedule.

And if you have a help, know what is most important to your Spouse, do them yourself and delegate others.

One thing at a time, my darling.

So I was preparing for an online masterclass that will be taking place tonight on zoom.

My husband on the other hand was planning for his zoom class scheduled to be held same time as mine.

I was meant to attend his and he also wanted to attend mine.
But coincidentally the both meetings will be held same time, same day.

He is getting ready for his class and have also helped me get ready for my class.

Cause it’s a 2hrs class 8-10.
He helped me bath the kids while I made dinner.
He also helped me tidy up the house, while I breastfeed and breast pump.

Anyways, thank God for marriage oh, If I were to be single I will pay for the two trainings differently, but see me using one stone to kill two birds.😂

But why I’m I making this post, very simple.

Marry someone who propels growth or ignites your hunger for growth daily.
Who would support and push you to get better.

And here are few things that can help newly married folks in growing together.

1. Embrace lifelong Learning
2. Set shared goals
3. Support each others individual growth.
4. Celebrate each other for every milestone no matter how small and encourage him/her to do more.
5. Communicate, share your hopes, plans, fears and dreams.
6. Discuss your plans and carry your partner along.

I hope you find this valuable.
