For accountability, it's just like in the game of chess, were every new move,brings new possibilities,and the new move for accountability is simply for the international communities to embrace their power and lead the change for justice to victims of war crimes and crimes against humanity etc.Because failure to do that undermines people's trust in authorities and weaken the rule of law, and also allowing the perpetrators to move freely without accountability fuels tension in the society at large.Therefore governments around the world must step up and put an end to injustice for global peace.Because history does not only judge those who committed atrocities but also remember those who defend them or look away when the speaking up became inconvenient etc.
