I used to think being "good at my job" meant being the office hero who solved everyone’s problems. 🦸‍♂️

But guess what i learned😲

My job is to protect the organization’s health so it stays profitable enough to keep people employed.

Every role has a hidden "business dynamic."

​Designers aren’t just making things "pretty" they are driving conversions. A typical example is the fashion at the

​Engineers aren’t just "coding", they are building scalable assets.

​Customer Support isn't just "talking" , they are protecting brand image and equity.

​When you stop being a "task-doer" and start seeing impact the dynamics change

The second reason you need to loop your spouse into this conversation is because you need to plan timelines, budgets, childcare etc...

And remember family dynamics are different. I will be sharing more on dynamics.

So remember working as a team in a family unit is critical for that transition to happen. Don't have the conversation mid way when you start struggling to balance, have it from the beginning.

We pray for peace because when we have peace, we are not unsettled by unmet expectations.

We have already acknowledged our maker, so when we pray for peace we surrender to His will.
I have already made a post about peace being beyond calmness but as a Force.
