Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary
Lesol Consulting Limited is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the Managing Director (MD) and the organization at large. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide executive and administrative support to the Managing Director
• Manage the MD’s schedule, office operations, and visitor access
• Prepare, proofread, summarize, and maintain official documents and records
• Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
• Assist with budget monitoring, routine accounting tasks, and bill payments
• Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility management
• Manage correspondence, emails, and general office communication
• Organize travel arrangements, meetings, and official events
• Ensure smooth daily office operations, safety, and proper use of facilities
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
