Do the people I lead follow me because I have made them dependent on me by providing them with incentives to do so?

The long-term goal of leadership is for a leader to create leaders by training and empowering followers. People follow because of who they have become, not because they rely on the leader for survival. Leaders who focus on developing more leaders from their followers inadvertently create a thriving society for the benefit of all.

Do I see other people's points of view as an opportunity to see things differently, or do I insist on seeing things only my way when making a decision?

Leaders ought to bear in mind that the way they see things is not the only way things appear; hence, they need to oblige others. This alone would increase the chances of success and create an environment conducive to the common good. When leaders value others' perspectives and allow them to contribute meaningfully to decision-making, leadership thrives more with less risk.

Does your plan for the people enslave them to you as the leader or enable them to reach their full potential and live the lives they choose for themselves?

Two main paradigms guide leaders' interactions with people and shape how they perceive them: Master/servant and Oneness mindsets are first and second, respectively. In the former, a leader guides people to become entirely dependent on him or her, whereas, in the latter, a leader guides people to become more like themselves. Leaders must maintain the oneness mindset if they want to transform their followers.
