*Keys to the Supernatural*
*(God-consciousness)*

For years I sought for a legitimate means to the supernatural. At a time, I was so obsessed with Power that I asked God for measures of power so I can put Satan to flight!

In one of those prayer seasons, The Lord rebuked me! He made it clear to me that what I was asking was above my capacity. It took few years to realize that I was asking for what I had no life for...

The Supernatural has no definite key outside Ordinance.

I will try to simplify by defining what ordinance is. Ordinance according to Divine Ecology is a Guideline or Verdict in the Hallowed Courts of Heaven!

*It is a Celestial Verdict that regulates Terrestrial Possibilities.*

Aligning with ordinance gives productivity to earthly engagements.

In this wise, I will leave you with the Key of the Supernatural;

The Supernatural is a Life; it is rather attracted than sought.

No man can walk the path of the supernatural without consecration.

If you so desire to walk the path of the Supernatural, you've to align with certain principles.

Access to the supernatural can be denied even if you pray...

So it's best you live within the confines that attracts the deposits of the supernatural. From my own experience, you'll need to live in consecration; swift obedience to divine instructions, maintain a consistent life of study and prayers. *Lastly, live in God-consciousness!*

What limits the flow of the Supernatural is the absence of Christ-consciousness within the Soul.

The law of contrivance is what plays out when some of us seek the manifestation of the supernatural.

*As man thinketh!*

Reality has variations.

At every level of reality there's Reality.

What is real at the realm of the flesh is real. As much as what is real in the Spirit.

The Gate of Bridge to the varying dimensions of reality is the Soul. So the soul of every man is Gate!

The Dynamics of Gatekeeping is what limits the flow of everything.

As a graduate of Mass Communication, I learnt first-hand that the Mass Media has the presence of Gatekeepers. These Gatekeepers scrutinize and regulate the information that is distributed.

Gatekeeping is a cardinal act in Divine Ecology. Knowing the Gates of the three dimensional realms places you at advantage.

Follow me...

There's a reason for digression.

My point of emphasis is, only an overflow of the measures (whether Christ or flesh) within one's Soul finds expression on the flesh.

So if you're full of Christ, best said, conscious of Christ and His possibilities within, only then, will you see the emergence of His possibilities without (in the flesh).

It's a broad subject so it can't be exhausted in one attempt.

I just hope you find light.

In God, there are dips and deeps.

These homophones capture two dimensional derivatives.

Dips are errors.

While a Deep, is a situation of Truth. Realities are hidden; so very few men touch them!

Through the practice at graceful engagement, I have come to discover that very few persons have the grace to reach deeps.

To uncover Realities, I mean tangible Realities in God, you have to be graced for it.

This is one Truth many shy away from. Our assignments distinguishes us from ourselves! So, some of us are Pathfinders, while the others, are predestined to be Followers. Your value according to Ordination, is defined. Quit the chase at what you're not graced for!

Doing another's job is like writing an exam in a department your name is not registered in; it's a wasteful engagement.

Know this and know peace.

"Desire cannot make a chicken soar!"

Consistency answers to Ordination. You cannot do what you are not predestined for! Nature is superior to nurture. Labour where there's grace (reward) for you. Find your place and be efficient!

(The Question of Stature and Leadership)

Stature!

Spiritual Stature has nothing to do with titles or charisma.

There are many gifted (charismatic) people who are vulnerable in the Spirit.

There are many Titled (Pastors,Deacons...) who have no height in the Spirit.

Stature is not what many think it is.

It is growing right! being valuable in every sense of it.

Children grow by eating right and observing good health and personal hygiene;they become healthy and develop adequately.

So it is in God...

Growth in any form answers to meal, exercises and responsibility!

If you eat right and neglect other aspects of life, growth may not be balanced.

Research in Biology, Psychology and Philosophy proves one thing,that maturation answers to the biological development of the Brain.

So there are certain things that the mind (brain) cannot conceive. I know this like I know my name.

A child is still a child.

It doesn't matter how much vesture he or she wears.

This is it how it is with Titles.

Giving titles to babes will not qualify them.

The mind of a child cannot conceive certain measurements and qualitative analysis.

This why we see erring Pastors, Prophets and what have you.

It is like saying, understanding the bounds of Doctrine of Christ is open naturally open for everyone.

That's not correct.

We all have our specialities.

Psychology proves this true.

I am privilege to teach,through teaching I have been exposed to children with special needs.

My contact with these special children exposed this to me.

As an inquisitive person, I read considerably to understand the biological make-up of a child with special needs, here's what I found out, *the condition of the Brain of a special child is not the same with the average child.*

There are many wrong ideas of God flying across-board because babies are daily decorated with Titles.

Like I said earlier,Titles do not increase the stature of men.

A Babe is a babe.

Dear Christian Leader, do not decorate babes with titles because of their financial support.

They'll misrepresent Christ.

It is wickedness to expose babies to harsh conditions. Think of Leadership in Christendom in this fashion.

The Climate of Christian Leadership is too risky an endeavour to expose babes.

I know you want their allegiance to your ministry.

Sadly, you should consider discipleship and definite apostolic initiatives, not some spooky methodology because of ministry obessession.

Value is a Central currency that powers the Earth!

You're relevant to the degree of your Value.

It is Value and Strategic Positioning that makes great. Not Scarcity!

If anyone depends on Scarcity to reign, he will have success for short term.

Scarcity is to opportunist!

Choice (An Underrated Guide)

Deuteronomy 30:19 KJV
I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

The choices of a man enthrones two variables from our text; Life and Death. Both are seeds, and they depend on our choices to be sown within the soil of our lives.

Man is a free moral agent. He has the freedom to exercise his will. So ultimately, Man is the guardian angel of his destiny on earth.

Irrespective of any Man's beliefs, none can gainsay the potency of our human choices. The Atheist, Scientist, Agnostic...they all confirm that Choice is a Bond.

While most people agree with this Truth, very few have been concerned about the process that makes for effective Decision Making.

The essence of this piece is to bring clarity on the subject.

Our World is a World governed by Principles. One of such principles, is the principle of seed-sowing, yielding and harvest.

Since it's fully outlined that our choices are Powerful, what then can one do to maximize the gift of Choice?

You must realize that Choice is a Divine Plan to make men enjoy the fruits of neglecting God. It is a Divine Strategy that reveals how much dependency God expects from us.

By the virtue of Independence, many lives will be destroyed. This is contrary to human reason; God didn't give you Brains so you can leave Him alone.

We actually underrate God when we choose from our sight or sensory receptors. That's why many individuals and corporate firms slave through Life.

You cannot tell all things, you don't have Omni realities... you're limited in your Human Form.

Teach yourself to depend on God's counsel through every moment and stage of your Life.

Do not destroy your glorious destiny on account of Pride.

*Pray!*

*Meditate!*

*Wait!*

It is not enough to have prayed, stay!

Wait until you find Answers.

To the believer, prayer is a binocular. It is an aide.

This is not an attempt to downplay strategic thinking, there are places when that's needful.

The Laws of Ordinance declares the Central Purpose of everything borne in Time.

Even so, Rationale.

Leave rationale.

Seek God before you make that move.

"Vision is the Capital for Greatness."

I want you to look at Life from an Economic Perspective; because it is true that there's an Economic side of Life.

Until you perceive Life from this plain, Productivity may not be fully actualized. This is because Productivity answers to understanding Economic Principles, and their relationship with our Divine Destinies.

Our individual lives are likened as Economic Commodities, they can be traded, and trading them adequately will require a great measure of Skill and Understanding of Economics.

I have much to communicate but this is just a timely insight, so I will have it summarized...by the help of God, I am making a Book along this line.

Anticipate.

Enough said, let's delve deeply.

The World is a Market Place of Value. No man can achieve much without Value.

When value is traded, Men are considered productive. This is the economic blueprint for success.

Productivity has a lot of Factors (Capitals).

For The Great, it is Vision.

Visionaries are made Great by Vision; and Visions are made Great by the commitment of Visionaries.

The relationship between Greatness and Visions is symbiotic...

There's a confluence between both Rivers, and that confluence is Commitment!

No man can meet The River called Greatness without Committing to God's Vision, himself and Growth .

You cannot ignore Visions and hope for Greatness.

Leadership and Administrative Intelligence

Administration is a gift of Born Leaders.

If you don't have it, you can use the Lever of Leadership to makeup.

Which is, leverage on Team Strength.

Leverage increases Results.

There many Philosophies akin to Leadership and Leaders. Regardless of what one may consider true, Leadership is a Skill, so it can be cultivated.

One of the most underrated cues of Leadership is leverage. A Leader that understands Leadership early, will have Herculean Results.

Hassle-free Results I beg to say.

Not all Leaders know this.

They want to shine!

Your duty as a Leader is to create a system, and the necessary paraphernalia for meeting team objectives.

You have no business being on the scene.

Leverage on the resources (skills, character, relationships) within your team. Let them do the work if they've the vantages you don't...

Your goal as a Leader is to make sure Team Goals/Objectives are met.
It doesn't matter who gets the job done; the job should be done!

Always remember, the Glory of any Team is its usefulness - a Team that meets expectation (Goals).

No Team can thrive effectively without proper Administration;

1. Delegate where necessary.
2. Outsource if need be.
3. Supervise Keenly.
4. Reward Justly.
5. Promote Team Spirit.
6. Lead by example.
7. Take Responsibility for Team shortfalls.
