Job Title: Graphic Designer

Location: Remote

Salary Range: ₦250,000 - ₦500,000 per month

Job Description:

RD3 Studio is seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, including graphic art, animations, and branding materials. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about design and animation, looking to make a significant impact in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce graphic art, visual materials, and animations for promotions, advertisements, packaging, and informative material.
Develop fresh concepts for branding and marketing campaigns.
Create and design a variety of materials for digital and print.
Work proficiently with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and animation software.
Collaborate with team members across different departments to ensure a cohesive design approach.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in graphic design and animation, supported by a strong portfolio.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and animation tools.

Oluremi Aribisala Legacy Foundation (OALF) established LEGATEE on November 01,2018, to kick start the beginning of a new character education movement. One which restores “good character” to its historical place as the central desirable outcome of the school’s moral
enterprise. We prepare our Students for big things in their lives and every day we work hard to ensure that they learn everything they need to know to prepare them for future.

We are currently in need of a School Administrator for Lagatee school who will also Double as the Director for OALF performing oversight functions.

*Job Responsibilities*
• Review and observe current teaching methods and learning materials as needed for areas of improvement and to ensure they meet the current local, state and federal requirements.
• Work with teachers and necessary staff to establish and uphold curriculum, school mission statement/culture and performance goals and standards.
• Meet with parents and work with teachers to review school policies, educational activities/events and student performance while offering information on upcoming changes to curriculum, programs and the like.
• Oversees recruitment and onboard of new teachers and additional staff members as as may be required
• Create, review and modify school budget and resources at least once a month. The job also entails looking for supplemental funding opportunities and grants at the local, state and federal levels.

• Preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management.
• Collaborate with the regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with statutory regulations (e.g. of ministry of education)
• Develop and Implement actions that improve the school and the quality of education (e.g. school beautification, new guidelines for students, new subjects etc.)

As the Director of the Oluremi Aribisala Legacy Foundation (OALF), you will oversee the day-to-day operations and activities of the Foundation and reporting to the chairperson of Legatee School Governing Board, who is the top-level executive of the organizations.

*Requirements and skills*
• Knowledge of administrative processes of a school is key
• Comfortable with the use of different computer software applications and other education management systems
* Comfortable with the use of different computer software and other education management system applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational ability
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Good judgment and decision-making aptitude
• A degree in Education Management or similar field
• Social media savvy
• Post-graduate/Master’s degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience

Salary is 200k – 250K plus other benefits
