More often than not, programs and institutions are not designed through a disability lens, leaving it as an afterthought.

But what if governments and institutions are equipped to do this with a data first perspective?

It could completely change the game of monitoring and evaluation and how the evidence generated impacts women and girls with disabilities.

In this project I recently completed, I generated a simulated dataset of a program designed to equip women farmers, with 15% being women with disabilities.

Climate smart practices workshops, disability inclusion, financial literacy and Village Savings Model were some of the inputs of the program.

The analysis revealed that climate-smart practices training achieved high success, with financial literacy and disability inclusion targets falling slightly short of their 70% goals, and loan access and repayment particularly low among women with disabilities.

All these podcast hosts ehn. And those ni**as with a little audience that have now become proud.

So women don't work? You don't see women leaving their homes early to arrive market on time, thst too after all the cooking and cleaning for women who can't afford househelps and sometimes gadgets that could have made life easier.

The one that can even vex me finish is "But you're a woman, you're working so hard"

So does that mean I don't need money? Or I should be dependent?
