8. The *HEART* is injured when you eat your meal with more salt and cholesterol.
9. The *PANCREAS* is injured when you eat sweet things because they are tasty
and freely available.
10. The *Eyes* are injured when you work in the light of mobile phone and
computer screen in the dark.
11. The *Brain* is injured when you start thinking negative tCats.
*All these parts are not available in the market. So take care and keep your body
parts healthy.*

I laugh when people say joining Enterprenuership is a scam.��

*ATTENTION! ATTENTION!! ATTENTION!!!*

Is Working for government and being paid the same salary as when Dollar was N165 till now not a scam?

Is Working for years without promotion not a scam?.�

Is Working for so long and just getting a sack letter or retiring broke and in debt not a scam.�

Is Not being paid salary for 5months or more not a SCAM?.��

Is Not being able to transfer your job to your children not a SCAM?�

Is Spending 6years in Primary school 6years in Secondary School 4, 5, 6years in Higher Institution, 1 year Internship (for some), 1year of NYSC and at the end you still roam about looking for non-existing job not the REAL Scam����?

Meanwhile someone somewhere is making millions, driving brand new cars etc all in just few years of starting his own business���� without submitting CV, NYSC discharge Certificate etc....

and you still say its a scam?�

Ignorance is a deadly disease,you better find someone to explain to you the world most profitable business plan today, so that your precious life don't end in scam .... *stand out and succeed*

Money Flow

Money flows into our pockes in 3 ways.
√ Active income
√Passive income
√Portfolio income
Active income is the money you earn as a result of the work you put in. It can also be called salary. Technically, if you don't work you'll most likely not get paid.

Passive income is earned without you being directly involved. Examples are your shares and investment. It can also be called residual income.
It flows in, either you're there or not. But, you must have done the initial work though.

You can't possibly get royalties from a book when you've not written one. Neither can you make money from shares when you're not a share holder.

Portfolio income simply put is capital gain. When you sell a product, the profit on top is your capital gain.
Let's say you bought some shoes for #5000, after selling you made a profit of #10,000. The #10,000 becomes your capital gain.

Same thing applies when you buy a land and resell, the money you realise is your capital gain.

Now that you've known the ways that money flows into your pocket, where do you fall into?
