While growing up my dad will always say this quote to the extent it became a mantra in our house. Then he will ask this rhetorical question after saying it every day..when are others asleep???

We are asleep when we don't do what we ought to do when we ought to do it.

We are asleep when we don't take the leap and offer those sacrifices for our greater tomorrow.

Hmm,the level that great men reached.

Arise and strife for the attainment of that level when you will be called a great man in every way.

Remember that level isn't attained by sudden flight. Keep working,keep toiling,keep going on.
