Remedy for ulcer:

Soak unripe paw paw or plantain, (with the peel) with water. Allow it to ferment for 2-3 days, drink it daily

By the time you finish taking about 3-6 pawpaw, ulcer should be history.

This also works for jaundice

Another thing you can do is to soak celery, carrot and cabbage. Cabbage is the Koko amongst the three. Do same as pawpaw or plantain

Miracle leaf also works for ulcer. Chew two of it daily, with groundnut. It works for cholesterol, yellow fever, same with soaked plantain or pawpaw

The reason your armpit smells is because of bacteria which breaks down sweat and produces thioalcohols—a pungent compound responsible for the offending smell.

To solve this problem use any of the following natural items:

👉Bentonite clay,
👉Alum
👉Lime,
👉Baking soda
👉Alcohol.

You can do a mixture or a standalone of each items.

Simply make paste out of them and apply underneath the armpit for 10 mins, before bathing.

Benefits includes:
Cleansing the re**um from mucus, f***s, parasites and harmful toxins is the best way to avoid many types of harmful diseases!

Chia seeds flour is used to treat diseases such as:

🔘Gastritis: Gastritis is inflammation (irritation) of the stomach lining. Symptoms include upper stomach pain, nausea and vomiting. Sometimes, there are no symptoms
🔘Colitis: Colitis means inflammation in your colon, where digested food becomes p**p. Inflammation in your colon can make your p**p more urgent, painful, runny or bloody.
🔘Stomach ulcers
🔘Infections of the urinary tract
🔘Cystitis: is the medical term for inflammation of the bladder. Inflammation is when a part of your body is swollen and hot. Eg UTI

21 day cleansing procedure.

Days 1 to 7: simply mix about 1 tablespoon of chia seeds flour with 100 ml of fermented milk.

Days 8 to 14: Mix 2 tablespoons of flour with 100 ml of fermented milk

Days 15 to 21: add 3 tablespoons of chia seeds flour to 150 ml of fermented milk. Drink the mixture before breakfast, extra.

Use fresh chia seeds if you cannot use flour.

Just grind the either seeds into a powder and add the fermented milk. In absence of milk, make use of full fat yogurt.

In addition, you could add 1 tbs of original olive oil, not Goya oil please. This is called the Gerson therapy.

fermented milk drink also known as kefir is packed with nutrients. It is a good source of protein, calcium, vitamin B12, and probiotics.

If you are lactose intolerant, reduce the quantity of yogurt/ fermented milk to 1tbs daily.

In addition to reverting insulin resistance, these herbs are known for other healthy benefits.

Ginger tea🫚
INGREDIENTS:
Cardamom powder - ½ tsp
Fennel seeds - ½ tsp
Ginger [fresh] - ½ inch or powdered ginger 1/4 th tsp
Water - 1 cup
Lemon slices- 3-4 (optional) it can cause some bitterness.
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1
Mash ginger in a mortar and pestle or chop.
Step 2
Grind cardamom and fennel using a mortar and pestle or coffee grinder, or use already ground ingredients.
Step 3
Place in a cup.
Step 4
Pour boiling water over the ingredients and cover for three minutes.
Step 5
Strain and serve.
OR you can make a premix with all ingredients and add in hot water and drink
