Who we are
PBC Consulting is a social enterprise created to address youth unemployment, the degeneration of societal values as well as the general well being of our youth. PBC Consulting is a learning and development centre positioned to support individuals and businesses in the attainment of their highest potential. PBC Consult

ing seeks to support a better experience of life and business for the Nigerian youth, through the provision of a continuum of progressive guidance in his perception of, and relationship with, himself, his God, his neighbour, his environment and his community. PBC Consulting is positioned to support the youths’ access to;

• Help (from God, themselves and others),
• Opportunity (from the environment),
• Preparation (through acquisition of life and business skills)
• Enterprise (weighing risks, creating value, accessing funds),
• Ex*****on (plan implementation)
Skills. PBC Consulting aims to preserve the sanctity of human dignity which is eroded in poverty, a condition that is characterised by a lack of options, which ultimately leads to a state of despair, desperation and the exit of rational behaviour. Based on the philosophy that people drive businesses and businesses drive the community, PBC Consulting, focuses on the next generation of leaders; the Teens and Youths, who represent our hope for a better Nigeria. What we do
PBC Consulting runs a schedule of age-appropriate programs intended to walk the Nigerian child through life, one decision at a time, culminating in a balanced lifestyle of gainful occupation, psychological and physical well being as well as constructive contribution to society. Thus PBC Consulting creates job opportunities by;
• Addressing the imbalance in the ecosystem of jobs
• Uncovering skill gaps which can be exploited
• Training youth to create ventures

We offer Publications, Video and Audio training materials as well as courses in Moral, leadership, entrepreneurial and employability skills. Our Programs include;
1. The A.H.A.A.F ( A Hope And A Future) Initiative A.K.A H.O.P.E - Undergraduates

Worldwide, the last decade has been ridden with a lot of disillusionment with the quality of graduates produced by our Educational system. Nigerian graduates have been termed “unemployable” (lacking the requisite workplace skills), while their American counterparts have been tagged “Excellent sheep” in the book by Deresiewicz (an American), who purports that elite colleges and universities are failing to serve students and society.

These identified deficiencies have led to a critical look at Educational Curricula over the years, involving a lot of research-based developmental reviews, culminating in the recent presentation in book form, on the 18th of January, 2016, of FOUR DIMENSIONAL EDUCATION; a model of all the competencies learners need to succeed by the Centre for Curriculum Redesign in Geneva.

The recommended “Four Dimensions of Education” include Knowledge, Skills, Character and Meta-learning, for incorporation at appropriate levels of comprehension, from primary to tertiary.
