*Job Title:* Recruitment & Onboarding Officer

*About the Role*
We are seeking a *proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment & Onboarding Officer* to manage our full hiring lifecycle, from attracting top talent to ensuring seamless onboarding. You’ll be the first point of contact for candidates and new hires, shaping their experience with the company.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Recruitment*
1. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and success criteria.
2. Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels.
3. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/functional interviews.
4. Manage applicant tracking, maintain accurate candidate records, and report on recruitment metrics.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

*Onboarding*
1. Prepare offer letters, contracts, and pre-joining documentation.
2. Coordinate new hire orientation, IT setup, and department introductions.
3. Ensure all statutory documentation and employee records are completed and filed.
4. Conduct 30-60-90 day check-ins with new hires to track engagement and integration.
5. Continuously improve onboarding processes for speed, compliance, and experience.

*Requirements*
- 2–3 years experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.
- Working knowledge of ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable using HR tools/software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines without dropping the ball.
- Must be available to work onsite in Lagos, Nigeria

*Nice to Have*
- Experience onboarding for technical or high-growth teams.
- Familiarity with HRIS tools like Zoho People, BambooHR, or similar.
- Exposure to AI sourcing tools or recruitment automation.

REQUIREMENTS
* Bachelors degree
* 3-4+ years of retail store experience.
* Experience as store or outlet manager related retail environment and/or Luxury, boutique or fashion related industry experience with a client book is strongly preferred. Experience with retail point of sale system very necessary
* Accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks/projects.
* Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chinese Translator to join our team in Oregun, Ikeja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately translating written and verbal communications between Chinese and English, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders, and supporting business operations requiring bilingual expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Translate documents, reports, emails, contracts, manuals, and other business materials between Chinese and English.

Provide interpretation services during meetings, presentations, negotiations, and business engagements.
Ensure translations accurately convey the meaning, tone, and intent of the original content.

Review and proofread translated materials for grammatical accuracy and consistency.

Assist Chinese-speaking and English-speaking team members in day-to-day communication.

Requirements
