Dr Olayinka Jibunoh MBBS, MSc DIC, Dip.Psych, FWACP, M.IoD, simply known as Dr Jibs, is a Consultant psychiatrist, Rehabilitation psychologist, EAP Practitioner, Health Policy Expert and Mental Health Advocate, based in Lagos Nigeria.
She's an alumna of the prestigious Queen's College, Yaba; University of Lagos through an Exxon Mobil Scholarship; The Imperial College, London, UK; West African College of Physicians, Enterprise Development Centre as a beneficiary of the Cherie Blair Foundation Scholarship for outstanding female entrepreneurs, Google Hustle Academy and The London Business School.
With a career spanning two decades within the public and private health sectors, she founded a health tech start-up called The Freudian Centre, which has pioneered the use of virtual reality therapy for mental health care and additional services encompassing drug and alcohol, gambling treatment services, employee and family assistance support programs, and mental health care for all age groups including the child and adolescent population.
She is an active member of the Institute of Directors Nigeria, Association of Psychiatrists in Nigeria, American Psychiatric Association, the World Federation of Biological Psychiatrists, The International Society of Substance Use Prevention and Treatment Professionals and ADHD UK.
