Over the past decade, I have trained and mentored over 10,000 young Africans, with 50% of them being Nigerians, in various fields including business, career development, education, and tech skills. I have made significant contributions to every organization I have worked with, particularly in strategic planning, budgeting, business insights, innovation, and fostering an inclusive working environment.
Last year, I mentored and trained over 1,500 young Africans through alx_africa Data Analytics program, and I am proud to have received testimonies that many are now fully employed. I really encourage young people to undergo one or two tech courses with alx_africa
One core belief in my journey of advocating for young people in Africa is that we are our own support system.
As a Data and Business Intelligence Analyst, I am often at a loss for words when I consider Nigeria’s economic statistics and indicators. It is disheartening to see a country with so much potential and resources struggling with poverty and frequently seeking international loans and aid.
I am committed to using every opportunity to help others grow, access opportunities, and become better individuals.
