One of those things we can't choose in life is the parent through which we came to this world. A lot of parents don't realise their roles as a parent thereby making life miserable for their children. What is our duty as a parent? A lot of parents take childbearing as an investment in which they invest their money an of course they want to reap the rewards of their investments as early as possible, these are the kind of parents that subjected their children to different kinds of child labour and they also pressurise them to bring home money at all cost. We also have parents who want to have their second life through their children, it's important to know that each child has his or her strength and capability. We can't force our children to be who we would like to be. A parent should study the area of intelligent of a child and try try to help him or her towards that direction. Parenting is not all about providing food and shelter but also in the area of mental well being, right mind set, and proper self esteem that they needed to face life challenges. The job of a parent is to raise a child that will be of value to him or her self and the society. Happy Children's day.

Lots of people think for them to invest in real estate you have got to have millions, no that's not true. You can take some aspect of the real estate like supply of granite stone, interlocking stone, paint or real estate agent and start from there. It's easier to listen to some one's success stories but did you know what they pass through before achieving that success. How does being hopeful add to our strength?

Being hopeful means that you see possibility. Once the mind sees possibility, no matter how difficult the journey may be, it can help you to get to your destination.

There are times in life when our path becomes so rough that we feel too weak to walk. We begin to feel that giving up is our only option. At this moment, our hopeful mind sees the end of the journey. When we feel that we have nearly reached the end, we can gather our strength and continue walking.
