Wow!!! The second month of the year is coming to an end.
I want to share a secret with you all.
Do you know the cheapest and economic food to buy for the family now.
It's called benue yam. Benue yam is planted in benue and benue is from the middle- belt in the part of Nigeria.
We have two different kinds of yams now

1. Abuja yam - is from Niger
2. Benue yam - is from zakybia ( benue).
Right now , benue is more cheaper than Abuja now.
Benue yam is also called king of yam.
Why is it called " king of yam".
Firstly, it is whitish in colour.
Secondly , it storage last long. You can keep benue longer than 6month or 1year.
Thirdly , it is economical . Because a tuber of benue yam can feed 8people.
Fourthly , it is good for pounded yam , cooking, frying.
We can eat our yam with eggs, palm oil, garden egg stew, groundnut oil, whichever way ,we want to eat our yam.
Let not also forget that yam is also a cabohydrate food.
Benue yam is the best yam.

We give the Almighty God the glory for he had sustained us all through the covid-19 pandemic. I am sure we all have challenges ,one way or the other but his mercy have sustained us.
We thank him for His mercy ,grace and protection upon our lives. Despite the challenges we all went through ,this year, God mercy ,grace and protection have sustained us and kept us alive.
Thank you God for each one of our families.
Thank you God for all our well wishers.
We say thank you God for counting us worthdy to be part of this new month.
