A beautiful property can still get overlooked online.

Before posting your next listing, check these 5 things:

1. The hook: Does the first visual give people a reason to stop?
2. The features: Are you highlighting what makes the property stand out?
3. The story: Do the visuals flow logically instead of feeling random?
4. The details: Are the price, location, features and availability accurate?
5. The next step: Can interested viewers easily enquire or book a viewing?

Short-form video can help present a property more clearly than a disconnected set of images.

AI can speed up creative production, but it can't fix unclear messaging.

Don't just display the property. Market its genuine value.

When marketing a property, which is your biggest challenge: creating engaging content, producing videos consistently, or turning views into enquiries?

You can post consistently and still struggle to get customers.

Why?

Because marketing activities don't automatically work together.

Here's a simple customer journey:

1. Content: Attract the right people.
2. Video: Show the value of what you offer.
3. Engagement: Start conversations.
4. Lead capture: Give interested people a next step.
5. Email: Follow up and nurture the relationship.
6. Conversion: Make it easy to buy, book or enquire.

Now audit your marketing:

→ Where do people first discover you?
→ What helps them trust you?
→ How do you capture their interest?
→ What happens if they don't buy immediately?
→ How do you follow up?

If you can't answer those questions, don't rush to create more posts.

Find the gap in the customer journey first.

Marketing works better when every activity has a purpose.

If you had $1,000 for marketing, where would you spend it first—and why?

Before spending more on marketing, trace the customer journey:

1. How do people discover you?
2. What makes them interested?
3. Where do they learn more?
4. How do they enquire or buy?
5. What happens if they don't buy immediately?

Each unanswered question can point to a gap.

More ads won't automatically fix a confusing offer. More content won't automatically fix poor follow-up.

Find the gap before you increase the spend.

Happy Sunday 💥 business owners🚀

One marketing lesson I keep coming back to this Sunday:

Marketing is more than posting on social media.

Your content gets attention.
Your videos show value.
Your engagement starts conversations.
Your email follow-up helps you stay connected.

But when these pieces don't work together, interested people can slip away.

This week, let's remember to work smarter, not just do more.

Build a journey, not just a posting schedule. 💙

It's socialsaturday💥💥💥

If I had $1,000 to improve a small business's marketing, I wouldn't automatically spend it all on ads.

I'd check where potential customers are getting lost.

One example budget:

- $150 — Content strategy
- $250 — Video creative
- $200 — Landing page improvements
- $100 — Lead capture
- $150 — Email automation
- $150 — Retargeting and testing

But I'd adjust it after an audit.

Little traffic? Work on reaching the right people.

Traffic but few enquiries? Review the offer and landing page.

Leads but few sales? Check follow-up and the customer journey.

Don't divide your budget just to cover every marketing service.

Find the bottleneck. Fix it. Measure the result.

Where would you invest first?

Try this customer journey audit today:

Take your latest piece of content and ask:

1. What does this attract?

2. What does it help people understand?

3. Where does it build trust?

4. What action should the person take next?

5. What happens after they take that action?

If you can't answer these questions, your content may be working alone.

And that's the problem.

Good .@ pieces should connect.

One should lead naturally to the next.

What happens after someone fills out your contact form?

Here's a simple lead follow-up system:

1. Form submission — Capture the enquiry.

2. Instant confirmation — Let them know it arrived.

3. Segmentation — Identify what they're interested in.

4. Helpful follow-up — Answer likely questions.

5. Relevant next step — Share useful information or an offer.

6. Sales conversation — Make it easy to move forward.

Don't leave interested people wondering whether you received their message.

A contact form collects leads. A follow-up system helps you nurture them.

What's one thing businesses could do to improve the way they respond to enquiries?

Hello e-commerce store owner💥💥💥

Quick test for your next promotional video:

Remove the visuals and ask:

Can I explain the strategy behind this video in one sentence?

For example:

“I'm showing busy homeowners how this product saves them time.”

That's stronger than:

“I'm making a nice video to promote my product.”

The first has a customer and a purpose.

The second has a production plan—but no clear marketing job.

Create with the customer in mind, not just the camera.
