STOP APPLYING. START FIXING.

I know you’re tired.
You’ve been applying for jobs for months.

Sending your CV everywhere.
Checking your email every day.

And what comes back?
“Unfortunately…”
Or worse, nothing at all.

But let me ask you a serious question:
How long will you continue job hunting without seeking a second opinion?

But nobody knows everything.

You Want a Remote Job. But Are You Ready for One?

Every day, I get messages like:

“Hello sir, I need a remote CV.”

I ask:
“What type of remote job?”

The answer?
“Anything. I just want to work from home.”

Then I ask:
“Are you prepared for the role?”

What skills do you have?
What tools can you use?
What is your niche?

Do you have a portfolio or proof of your work?
Can you work independently and communicate effectively?

Most times, the answer is:
NO.

Dear job seeker, I know you want a remote job.

But wanting a remote job is not the same as being ready for one.

Your profile should not say:
Virtual Assistant + Administrative Assistant + Executive Assistant + Customer Service + Front Desk + Data Entry + Sales…

You cannot be everything to everyone.

Find your niche.

Know the role you want.
Know the skills required.
Learn the relevant tools.
Build evidence of your ability.

Make your CV and LinkedIn profile tell the same story.

And remember:
Remote work is still work.

You are expected to communicate, meet deadlines, manage your time, attend meetings and deliver results without someone watching you every minute.

So, before asking for a remote CV this week, pause and restrategise.

Ask yourself:
“If the right remote employer calls me today, am I ready?”

If the answer is no, don't panic.

You have another week to prepare.

And please, be vigilant.
Not every remote job you see online is genuine.

Never allow desperation to make you ignore red flags or pay money for a supposed job.
