My son Nkatik (8-month old baby) drools a lot, so I turned him into a Shinobi anime character.

Meet Enkei (エンケイ) aka The Spit Sage or The Saliva Phantom — wielder of the saliva-based Kekkei Genkai: Nentōkei (粘遁系・ねんとんけい). Proud member (and heir) of the Patoriku Ndifon Clan.

This rare bloodline limit can heal or poison on contact, set gas traps, lock down spaces, and even cloak like a Genjutsu-style invisibility. And yes… he’s already unlocked Sage Mode (at such a young age): Nentō Sennin Mōdo (粘遁仙人モード・ねんとんせんにんモード).

By default, people are toxic.

I remember the pre-AI era when we all struggled to add smileys and little flourishes to our posts just to make them more lively and creative. That effort was appreciated back then.

Now? Try the same thing today and you’re instantly slammed with “You used AI.” The actual thought behind the post gets brushed aside. Use a colorful word like gallivanting or rigmarole — words many of us (especially Nigerians) have always loved — and suddenly you’re accused of being fake.

But even if something was written with AI, does that erase the meaning? Is there no point, no substance, no thinking in it at all? Can’t people engage with the message before dismissing it?

It shows how toxic things have become. Instead of listening, we’ve built a culture that’s quick to tear others down, always searching for the next excuse to discredit, rather than the next chance to connect.
