Snail farming is one of the most profitable agribusinesses in Nigeria today, and choosing the right species is key to success. Here are three popular types of snails you can rear:

1️⃣ Achatina Achatina (Giant Ghana Snail)
This is one of the largest snail species in Africa. It grows very big, lays a high number of eggs, and is highly demanded in the market.

2️⃣ Achatina Fulica (East African Snail)
Known for its fast growth and adaptability, this species is easy to manage. Though smaller in size compared to Achatina Achatina, it multiplies quickly.

3️⃣ Archachatina Marginata (Big Black Snail)
This species is common in Nigeria and is well-loved for its delicious taste. It grows slower than others but reaches a very large size and attracts good market value.
