This quote is what The Emperor of Wall Street - Ugochukwu Ngwu- calls the law of conservation of VALUE.

This insight he shares is that 'Value is not created' it is converted. He also highlights in his seminars, contact sessions and conferences that there are four main metric systems of Value(Money, Energy, Attention and Time).

This is to say that Value in itself cannot be created and neither can it be destroyed but it's form can change.

Technology and trends might change but the principles do not change."

This quote by The Emperor of Wall Street lays emphasis on the consistency of wealth principles.

He brought into the scope the king who had enormous wealth one of the richest man/leader ever lived, making it clear that the same wealth principles that was applied then is the same as the principles applied on the modern world.

He brought a balance to it that the technology and trends based on time and age can change but the principles remain timeless.

I am happy to be part of the Launch meeting for International Owerri.

Fortunately I participated online and it was magnificent.

The order, impact and boldness was magnificent to participate in.

The Word of the day was "VIABLE"
And I used the word the most thankfully 😊.

And I was a participant of the Table Topics

And of course magnificent people spoke and I was part of them. I spoke magnificently well.

Here is how it went, they were 6 questions and I chose "Number 2"

and the question was:
"What are the things that make an Organisation Viable?"

Then I unleashed and turned a International Table Topics into a masterclass 😏

I highlighted 3 major things that make an organisation Viable:
1. Leadership
2. Teamwork
3. Market Accessibility

And I used Toastmaster Global Owerri Club as a case study, showing it's viability through the Leadership structure, The Team and the access she has to her market.
It was simultaneously magnificent, impressive and insightful.

so, the Table Topics Evaluator commended me as a "Toastmaster at Heart"

it was special to me, that is like a global endorsement.
And he recommended that I keep speaking.
And trust me I WILL NEVER STOP SPEAKING!

It was an amazing experience.

Thanks to Hectoriyke Okechukwu and Dr. Jephter Akaehie for volunteering to put this together and also thanks to Toastmasters International Toastmaster Global for granting us the opportunity.

At Thy Excellence the world will learn excellence.

What really is excellence?

Going the extra mile the average individual is complaisant and not wanting growth and evolution all you need to is seek to increase on a broader scale in every area of your life.

Excellence is in the public light and behind the stage curtains. In the Choir rehearsals and in the Orchestral presentation, in the speaking practice and global speaking engagements.

Cook yourself, not what? but who?

As a Global Speaker and Leader I dare not underestimate the value and power of words.

I am someone who has experienced challenges, in my personal life, in business, finance, academics and so on.

I know what it is to be a victim of words and I know what it is to influence my surroundings with words. Words are powerful, not just to influence people but also to influence your surroundings.

So I had to learn how to "Command My Ether" and I took it personally.

Commanding Your Ether: This Implies the act of using your words to craft the realities you have seen in your minds eye to come to it's physical/material equivalent.

What are 2 ways you can command your ether for the better?
Tell me in the comments.

One of the first set of instructions in the book Think and Grow Rich was to State the amount you want in present tense.

It sounds cliché but everything material/physical today was crafted first by words before materials.

Watch all rich men, they never call themselves "poor" or "broke" even when they seem to have nothing materially. Because they understand that their words shape their world 🌍.
