"The house I gave you is for my son, you can only stay there for free," - Ochacho tells Peller during TikTok Live 😳

Peller asked Ochacho for the papers of the house he gave him as a wedding gift. But the billionaire made it clear the house was never going into Peller's name.

Ochacho said Peller can live there for as long as he wants without paying any rent. "Just stay there and enjoy it," he said.

He also said the house belongs to his son and one day, when his son grows up, gets married and starts a family, the house will be handed over to him.

So for now, Peller can keep living there free of charge, but the property still remains Ochacho's family own.
