I am Og Emmanuel the face behind this service brand. I started years ago as a Graphic Designer but I am now a Startup, Brand and Faith Coach.

The idea to create this service brand started from my interaction with a potential client. He complained about his business flyer not generating lead for him. Due to my experience, I figure out what is wrong. I discovered there is a root cause that goes beyond the design. The content, the messaging strategy, branding as a whole is what he didn't considered in his business. He went just for a logo and flyer design then it resulted into his frustration. His potential client tends not to have a clear perception of his business, the value it offer and its uniqueness. This resulted into lack of engagement.

Once the idea of this service brand was birthed, I began considering the frustration I also went through as a service provider. Despite delivering an exceptional service, I am not being rewarded accordingly. In a quest to bring the perfect solution, I created Pivot.

When I was a graphic designer (though I still do design), I don't have much clients when I started out. All the gigs I had then was directly from my family and my small circle of friends who love what I do and believe in me.

Because of my introvert nature, I felt using an online space would have been the best option for me to get more clients. I tried several freelance platform it was to no avail. At this point, I felt the graphic design industry is too big for me to make it.

Around this time, I get to know about branding. So, I level up my expertise with branding. I felt this is a need that has not been fully met most especially in my country. So, I started acquiring knowledge in that line for over some years now.

When I could not afford the expensive courses I saw online, I downloaded over 200 youtube video on branding sticking to 2 top expert in that line. I watch different videos every passing day to equip myself with the knowledge I needed to succed by all means. I did several online paid courses.

When I knew I was fully prepared for this, I took up the initiative to create Pivot and it worked out.
