Earlier today, we had the privilege of facilitating a one-day capacity-building workshop for the staff of CHAN Medi-Pharm Ltd/Gte themed: ‘‘𝐖𝐎𝐑𝐊𝐏𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐄 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐄𝐋𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄: 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬’’ delivered by our esteemed Partner and astute Management Consultant, Idenyi Emmanuel Shaibu. The session provided deep insights into key behavioural and performance-driving areas such as:

The training was very engaging and practical, inspiring participants to take ownership, be accountable, and foster a renewed spirit of teamwork, key elements for workplace excellence.
