Amaka If you're of the opinion that your business name will be waiting for you until the day you decide to register it, then these two things ought to change your mind.
1.According to the corporate affairs commission(CAC), the first person to register a business name is the Legal owner of the name. Not the first person to come up with the name, not the first person to print banners or flyers.
Not the first person to pay for advertisement and announce the name.
