Our August 2026 Free Community Support Group Outreach was a beautiful reminder of what happens when people come together with one purpose: to care.
From health talks and vital signs checks to consultations, games, refreshments, conversations, and shared laughter, we spent meaningful time with members of the community and created moments that we hope will stay with them.
Every smile, every conversation, every helping hand reminded us that care goes beyond meeting needs it is about making people feel seen, valued, and remembered.
To everyone who showed up, volunteered, supported, contributed, and helped make the outreach possible, thank you.
