Due to CBN policies, it is no longer possible to pay for any international transactions online using your normal Naira debit cards.
Facebook, however, still allows you to add payment methods and pay for your ads using Nigerian Naira through the PayU payment gateway.
You can use this payment method to set up prepaid ad account to which you can add your funds in advance before running your ads and then have your funds debited subsequently.
