I remember a time when I ran a Facebook paid advert.

Whenever customers reached out, I would patiently give them all the available options, guide them through the registration process on our website, and help them subscribe to the data.

At the end, I would always tell them:

“If you have any challenge, please let me know.”

Then one yeye girl came and said she was having a challenge. 🤣

I asked her, “What challenge are you having?”

She replied:

“I need money from you.” 😭😂😂

Omooo! At that point, I realized that “customer support” can sometimes come with unexpected job descriptions. 😂😂
