Presently a lot of reforms are being rolled out in Nigeria, some affect individuals like the the PITA amendment Act and others, corporate bodies. How will these affect you? In many ways! Also, the Corporate Affairs Commission has started implementing the new Regulations from January 1, 2013 with a lot of changes on the existing law. It is no longer business as usual. What about your Tax Identification Numbers? With dwindling revenues, governments will lay emphasis on IGR-broadening of tax base. The days of tax evasion are numbered! 2014 without doubt is a year to watch out for.
