This morning, our students had another exciting opportunity to learn, practise, and explore the practical side of website design at Arewa Updates Academy.

The session was focused on helping students understand how websites are planned, designed, and developed using free and accessible tools.

Rather than limiting learning to theory alone, the students were given the opportunity to put what they had learned into practice by working on their own website designs and experimenting with different ideas.

Our Editor-in-Chief, Bashir SharfaÉ—i, led the students through the session, sharing practical knowledge and guiding them step by step on how to approach website design from the initial idea to the actual design process.

Every practical session is another step towards that goal.

Today, they are learning how to design websites.

Tomorrow, they could be building platforms, businesses, applications, and digital solutions that will serve their communities and reach people around the world.

This is what we are building at Arewa Updates Academy — a learning environment where knowledge meets practice, creativity meets technology, and young people are given the opportunity to turn their ideas into reality.

Today, the Editor-in-Chief of Arewa Updates Media Hub Limited, Bashir SharfaÉ—i, started training students on practical skills and techniques for creating, launching, and effectively using a modern website.

The training provided students with valuable knowledge on how to utilize digital platforms to publish, manage, and share news and information professionally.

In this fast-changing digital era, understanding how to use modern websites and digital tools is an essential skill for every aspiring journalist and those in other sectors.

This initiative by Arewa Updates Academy, is another important step toward equipping young people with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in modern journalism.
