Our Client a big player in the Agriculture field, known for Food and Livestock farming is seeking for passionate Bulk farm produce Sales Representatives who can work within their localities in Lagos.

Salary:100k-120k monthly
Job description:
A Bulk Farm Produce Sales Representative is responsible for finding and securing large-scale buyers such as supermarkets, Groceries shop, Restaurants,food processors, and exporters. Key responsibilities include market research, client acquisition, and contract negotiation.
Key Responsibilities;
-Customer Sourcing: Identify and target large buyers like hotels, schools, markets, and food factories.
-Lead Generation: Make cold calls, visit businesses, and attend trade events to find new clients.
-Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term ties with farm produce buyers to ensure repeat orders and Proven ability to secure favorable wholesale contracts and vendor partnerships.
-Negotiation: Discuss prices, delivery terms, and payment plans with clients while protecting farm profits.
-Market Research: Monitor competitor prices and market trends for farm goods.
-Quality Control: Inspect farm produce and livestock to meet safety and grade standards.
-Logistics Coordination: Receive and deliver orders to customers within the location.
-Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building direct relationships with buyers.
-Basic Accounting: Taking and recording orders made by buyers.
Requirements
Experience: 2 to 3 years in agricultural sales, supply chain logistics or B2B marketing.
Previous experience in similar role is a great advantage.
Skills: Strong negotiation, Clear communication, Persuasive skills,Data collection and local market knowledge.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
