Feels like I am writing a love note, can you even remember the last time you wrote one or have you ever written one. (I have – at least in high school).🥱🥱
This is not my aim today though.
Y’all know I am interested in your ‘monies’ right? (Oh dear! That sounds so vain🤣🤣)

Last week we had a video up on the topic: INVESTMENT, the feedback I got was a proof (to me) that lots of us are thinking right (-how to increase our inflow)🤭🤭
Today, we decided to take on the ball point (pen) and respond to some questions that arose on the topic.
I will like to share 3 things to look out for before investing (especially in Nigeria).
Some of us have been beaten bad on this issue, we hear our friends, family and even foes (should we have any?) get returns when they invest in a certain investment portfolio and 1 week after you input your certain cash, that system shuts down and there goes all my cash. 😞😞
So what should I know and/or do before I invest in any investment portfolio?
Here goes; broken down to the simplest for easy understanding…
1. READ!!! READ!!! READ!!!📣📣📣
Can I repeat that? READ!!! READ!!! READ!!! (Reading here is all encompassing, which is; GATHERING INFORMATION). Never make any money decision without first getting as much information as you can and should.
Investing or even starting a business because someone else is ‘cashing out’ is the poorest and most ill-informed way to invest, start a business and dot dot dot. There is something reading does to you; It keeps you well informed, answers so many questions, and many times solves them or proffers solution😉😉.
I will share a secret; when you read, you get to study the economy, know the pitfalls of such venture you are about to embark on.🧐🧐
Here's an example; MMM came into Nigeria promising to make us millionaires in split seconds (well it only worked for a few who started off early), but do you know that if we had taken time to read (even on the internet) we would have seen that the scheme MMM had no Govt. backing and we would have also seen that it had swindled people in other countries (trying not to make mention or point fingers here) before it came to Nigeria.🙄🙄
