Physiological Truths About Men Who Treat Their Birthdays Like a Normal Day
1. They’re used to doing life alone.
From childhood, nobody really made a big deal out of their special moments — so they learned not to expect anything.

2. They’re naturally low-maintenance.
Gifts, parties, noise — it’s never been their thing. Peace is their real celebration.

3. They pour into others more than they receive.
They’re the “strong one,” the one everyone calls… but when it’s their turn, they don’t want to feel like a burden.

4. They’ve learned to make themselves happy.
A quiet meal, a prayer, a moment alone — it’s enough. They’re used to creating their own joy.

5. They measure life in progress, not dates. To them, a new year is not about cake 🎂 it’s about whether they’ve grown, improved, or achieved.

HOW TO KNOW IF YOUR BLOCK SUPPLIER IS GIVING YOU SUBSTANDARD BLOCKS

Let’s be honest, not all block suppliers have your best interest at heart.

Many people pay for "9-inch" or "6-inch" blocks, only to get low quality, poorly cured blocks that start cracking even before they’re used on site.

The painful part?

You may not notice the damage until months after construction… when your walls start showing hairline cracks or sounding hollow.

Here’s how to protect yourself:

1. Do the "Drop Test"

Pick one block and drop it from waist height.

A solid block will fall with a thud and stay intact.

A weak block will break, crumble, or sound hollow. That’s a red flag.

2. Check the Edges and Surface

Are the edges sharp and straight?

Is the surface smooth and compact?
If the blocks look “ashy,” powdery, or have broken corners, they’re likely low cement content or not well cured.

3. Ask About the Mix Ratio

A serious supplier will proudly tell you:
“1 bag of cement per 30–35 blocks.”
If they say 50–60 per bag, run.

4. Request for Curing Time

Blocks should be cured for at least 7 days before delivery.
Fresh, uncured blocks might look good now, but they’ll become brittle later.

Why This Matters:
Your entire structure depends on the quality of your blocks. Don’t build your dream on weak materials.

Pay attention. Inspect thoroughly. And if in doubt, buy from trusted suppliers or let professionals handle it.

At Dejubecs Consult, we don’t cut corners. We build with integrity. Put a call across today.

There is a lot of uproar over the Internet about demolition in Palm city. Most houses there failed structural integrity test because Lagos developers will sandfill ocean land today and start building tomorrow.
The result is the picture attached. Houses tilting and bending even before completion.

We need to do better because as we know LABSCA is nobody's mate especially in this construction business.

AVOID BUYING LAND IN LAGOS AND ABUJA, IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY TO BUY THE LAND IN ANY STATE GOVERNMENT APPROVED RESIDENTIAL ESTATE.

Buying Land in Lagos and Abuja is a very risky inv£stment

This is not about ignorance
This is not about proper documentation
This is not about, buying from verified sources

Lagos and Abuja are place to work, not a place you tie your retirement home to

Lagos and Abuja are states or city that hasn’t fully decided what it wants to be.
The more people are flowing to Lagos and Abuja, the more the State Government is restructuring current policies and changing plans and what is good and approved today is becoming unapproved and illegal the next day

Imagine buying a land and building the home of your choice, few years to retirement, the state Government comes up with a plan and decide to build General hospital around your area without you knowing that the land expansion for the General hospital cross over your Land.

Chai, few years to retirement, when your strength is failing already or retirement don come already

Or you slept in the night and wake up to hear News that the Abuja Minister revoked all C of O....
Everywhere go first blur 🤣🤣🤣🤣

You will spend all your retirement benefits and pension going to court to get compensation from the state Government

Pls, Joseph is advising you to buy Land and Build in your village or it's equivalent in other states, for the times ahead when strength will fail you

Ignorance of the law is no excuse

Difference Between a Red Copy Survey And A Normal Survey.

Yesterday someone asked me the difference between a red copy survey and a normal survey.

It reminded me of a painful story.

I once had a neighbor who saved for years to buy land. He did everything he thought was right. He met the family, paid the money, collected documents, and even held a survey plan in his hand.

Fast forward two years, he was ready to build. Then trouble started.

Government officials showed up and told him the land was under acquisition. Everything he paid for was gone.

The painful part?
He actually had a survey plan.
What he didn’t have was the right type.

Now let me explain the difference in simple terms.

A normal survey plan is the one prepared by a licensed surveyor. It shows the land size, beacons, coordinates, and location. It only tells you where the land is, not if it is legally safe.

A red copy survey plan is that same survey plan after it has been charted and confirmed at the Surveyor General’s Office. The red markings show the land status.

No red marking means the land is free

Partial red means part of the land is under government acquisition

Full red means the land is fully under acquisition and is unsafe to buy

In short
A normal survey shows the location.

Red copy survey shows legality.

This is why many people lose their hard-earned money buying land in Nigeria.

Before you pay for land, always ask one question

“Has this survey been charted and does it have a red copy?”

This small step can save you millions and years of regret.

an educational or architectural graphic titled "STAIR CONFIGURATIONS" that showcases different styles of staircase designs. It features six 3D miniature models placed on a concrete floor, each demonstrating a specific structural layout.
A thin red line runs through each model to trace the central path of travel, helping to visualize how a person would move along the stairs.

ANALYSIS OF THE CONFIGURATIONS
The image labels several common types of staircases, though it is worth noting that some models and labels show common AI-generated inconsistencies in their geometry:
• Straight:
• Top Left: A standard, linear flight of stairs with wooden treads on a concrete base. It goes directly from one level to the next without turns.
• Bottom Center: Labeled "Straight," but this model appears shorter and thicker than the first, perhaps intended to show a different material or "half-flight."
• L-Shaped:
• Top Center: This model shows a 90-degree turn near the bottom. It features a flat landing where the direction changes.
• Top Right: Another L-shaped variation, but with the turn located at the top of the flight.
• Winder (Bottom Left):
• This design features a turn without a flat landing. Instead, the steps themselves are wedge-shaped (wider on one side than the other) to facilitate the turn. The model shows a wooden frame construction.
• U-Shape (Bottom Right):
• This design consists of two parallel flights of stairs joined by a turn, typically creating a 180-degree change in direction. This model is unique as it features a brick-textured side wall.

VISUAL DETAILS AND STYLE
• Materials: The models simulate real construction materials, including poured concrete, light-colored wood for the treads, and red brick for accents.
• Typography: The text is written in a bold, hand-drawn charcoal or marker style, giving the image a "draftsman’s sketchbook" aesthetic.
• Lighting: The scene is lit with soft, natural light coming from the background (likely a window)
