How has your business being surviving these times?

It’s been interesting to watch how businesses (both locally and internationally) have been managing to stay afloat in this pandemic. After doing some study, we came with the 4 ways mentioned above.

It is important to note however that, doing what is authentic to you as a brand is going to be what resonates the most with your audience, whether they are customers or not.

Over the past two weeks, the corona virus outbreak has caused a lot of business to pause on operations. This has brought about a lot of uncertainties and while some businesses can manage to function from home, others can’t and are not sure if to completely shutdown and wait for the storm to pass or if there’s anything they could be doing this period to help keep their brand afloat this period. Here are some suggestions ⁣

* Reposition your brand and business⁣

Now is a good time figure out if you need a rebrand, design that logo, get your website done, work on your email list. Make sure when this pasts, your brand/business is in good shape. ⁣

* Rework your marketing and content strategy⁣

Stay on top of your customers mind by still dishing out content but rework your strategies. Use this time to reinvent what you do, bring customers new alternatives and new value. ⁣

* Update FAQs and Get Reviews⁣

We recommend to update your FAQs. It’s really obvious, but so important to be fresh and current maybe every couple of days. What’s the status? What are people asking when they call? Also now is a good time to follow up on customers. The brands who continue to communicate factually and with empathy at this time have the chance to resurface from the crisis with deeper consumer and customer connection.⁣

Considering a rebrand or unsure if you need one? Let’s chat! Let’s get you back on track. ⁣

. Marketing is no longer about the stuff you make but about the stories that you tell.⁣

Marketing is ever changing and today selling a product has become more about the connections you create. With all the choices there are today it is hard to make your brand stand out. You have to market your product or idea in a way for those who are going to listen to your message and care what you have to say. ⁣

We love content that tell stories and this campaign by Kylie Cosmetics for the Stormi Collection featuring Kylie and her daughter is perfect! ⁣

And oh yeah! Happy Mother’s Day to every mom out there and mom’s to be, doing the damn thing! ⁣

Got a strategy in place for your business growth?

One of the top five reasons startups fail in Nigeria is poor marketing. The importance of marketing on the success of a startup or business cannot be overemphasized. Most businesses are more concerned about building a great product and while this is not entirely a bad thing, it is just as important to find an effective way of selling it.

Marketing during the corona virus pandemic is a delicate matter. Commerce is being affected around the world especially because it will be strange for brands to ping consumers about the latest sneaker drop or capsule collection when they are mostly thinking about their health and that of their loved ones.

A good company logo does three things: it tells potential customers if the product is right for them; it communicates what you stand for; and it makes them remember your brand. Need a better logo for your brand? We’ve got you!

Brand Communication is an important part and tool of brand management by which companies inform, persuade, enlighten, teach, remind and enrich the knowledge of their stakeholders about the brand, it’s strengths, values, fundamentals and its offerings of products and services. ⁣

The stakeholders include employees, customers, investors and sponsors. ⁣

Brand Communications is effected across a variety of channels:⁣
-when customers see your brand (logo)⁣
-view your product⁣
-view your brand content (social media, advertising, reviews)⁣
-meet your brand in person (when contacting your office for example)⁣

Every brand should ensure consistency across all communication channels. A brand image is created through brand communication.⁣

Thought this was your Monday motivation quote? Well, it could be 😊.⁣

It’s okay to take a step back and look inward, you might need a rebrand afterall. A rebrand process is an investment. By investing in the things you need to improve your business, you are strategizing to achieve your set GOALS. Not sure if you’re ready for a rebrand? Here are few questions to ask yourself to be sure ⁣

1. Are you seeing the results you desire? ⁣

In any business, the ultimate goal is to see profit. For many business as their offerings and services become diversified, the overall message of their brand becomes confused and unclear. The result? Customers don’t know how to engage or what you want them to do. Brand confusion=lack sales. It’s a direct correlation. By clarifying your brand, placing strategy behind it, and building beautiful sales funnels, you gain CLARITY and RESULTS. Both serve one another and are distinctly integrated.⁣

2. Have your services or offerings changed? ⁣

Maybe as a designer you started with asoebi but are now considering having a ready-to-wear line. As you pivot in business, you might have forgotten to evolve with your needs and the current market. A rebrand help make your sales funnels clear, enticing, and lead to greater results long-term. ⁣

3. Is your visual presence and message still compelling?⁣

You might need to revisit your content and the brand message to engage your new audience or help your old audience understand your transition. ⁣
