I tell them these every time they act confused or worried.

Your solution is in your hand.

Check if you are doing the following:

1. Forwarding CVs to recruiters or employers
2. Send an email without a body
3. Badly written CV
4. Lack of email etiquette
5. Unnecessary abbreviations
6. Applying for jobs you don't qualify for

You can't do the same thing a thousand times and expect different results.

If you apply 5 times and don't get a response check your methods and apply yourself more

Do the following:
1. Go for training or employability sessions
2. Rewrite your CV
3. Ask questions
4. Get a mentor
