*Life of an Architect*

It’s quite ironic when a client can buy land worth millions of naira and plan to build a structure running into more millions… yet suddenly go silent when you mention design fees based on a percentage of construction cost. 😅

They say, “Ah, it’s just drawing now!”
But that “drawing” determines whether your ₦50 million project stands beautifully or falls apart financially and structurally.

Architectural design isn’t an afterthought — it’s the blueprint that gives meaning, function, and value to every other investment.

If you can afford the land and the construction, surely the professional who ensures it all makes sense deserves a fair share too. 😉
