Let me tell you something about business that alot of business owners or vendors don't talk about.
You see that adage they used to say "soldiers come, soldiers go barack no dey empty" it's a real word in business also, customers will come and go and there's nothing you can do about it, that's why the purpose of doing business online is to make sure you keep looking for new people to buy from you.
I know they say it's good to keep having those that have bought from you to keep buying from you, but what you don't know is that, not all that bought from always will keep coming back, and sometimes it has nothing to do with you, infact you might have done everything to even make sure they are really okay getting what they buy from you or get what they ordered from you on time.
And if you are one of those who wants to keep beating yourself up about loosing some customers, let me let you know that even you have people you've bought from once and didn't go back to again to buy from them. It could be that you don't need what they sell for a long time, it could be the way you were treated when you buy from them and it could be nothing but you just didn't want to buy from them. Whatever it is, understand that there will be a time in your business that you will loose some certain customers and it has nothing to do with you or your business, it could just be they don't need what you are selling anymore or gotten someone close that they could get that same thing you are selling at the amount you are selling it.
If you want to keep growing and making sales in business, acquiring more customers is something you can't do without. Coca-Cola still advertises their business everyday despite been known by almost everyone.
And just because your business needs new customers doesn't mean you shouldn't treat the old ones very well, treat your customers right and make sure you deliver what you actually advertised to them.
