Being a good driver is not enough. Your professionalism starts before you get the job.

If you apply for a driving job, take the process seriously.

You confirm an interview? Show up.
You say you’re available? Be available.
Something comes up? Communicate early.
The client is expecting you? Be reliable.

Going silent or becoming unavailable when it’s time to meet the client doesn’t just cost you that opportunity, it will get you blacklisted.

Once you are blacklisted, you will no longer have access to job opportunities with us.

Your behaviour during the hiring process tells employers a lot about how you may behave on the job.

Reliability, communication and professionalism matter just as much as your driving skills.

Drive well. But be professional too.
