NEXUS ENTREPRENEURSHIP HUB is a business and IT consulting company pioneering a conversational commerce platform empowering merchants and businesses in Nigeria to unlock more revenue through WhatsApp. Our Al-powered solution enables merchants to sell, market, and accept payments seamlessly on WhatsApp, creating an end-to-end shopping experience for their customers. We are on a mission to empower 1 million merchants across Nigeria to maximize their profits and thrive in the digital age.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking driven, entrepreneurial individuals to join our growing network of Independent Sales Partners (ISPs) across multiple locations in Nigeria. As an ISP, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating the adoption of our innovative platform and supporting the growth of merchants in your local community.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new merchants for NEXUS, focusing on small and medium enterprises, online businesses, traditional businesses with growth ambitions, niche/specialty businesses, and home-based entrepreneurs.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to educate merchants on the benefits of our conversational commerce platform.
- Onboard and train merchants on using our platform effectively, ensuring they can leverage its full potential to drive sales and improve customer experiences.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to your assigned merchant portfolio, addressing their queries, and ensuring their success on the platform.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement best practices for merchant acquisition, education, and support.
- Meet and exceed monthly merchant acquisition and performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or e-commerce sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients.
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivation to drive your own success.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, messaging apps, and e-commerce trends.
- Passion for empowering local businesses and driving economic growth in your community.
- Proficiency in English and local languages is an advantage.
Remuneration:
- Competitive commission-based compensation structure.
- Earn 10% equivalent of the first month's transaction value for each merchant you onboard.
- Opportunity to earn bonuses and incentives based on performance.
Locations: Remote (Full Time)

Lagos, Benin City, Abuja, Ibadan, Lokoja, Port-Harcourt, Aba, Enugu, llorin, Kano, Abeokuta, Kaduna, Jos, Zaria, Onitsha, Calabar, Owerri, Akure, Bauchi, Sokoto, Ogbomoso.
